So many goals, so many things to do! Sometimes we just can't stick to our goals/plans, right? It might sound really, really tempting, but it's not good to skip your promised plans that you have decided to keep inside your head just because you're tired/lazy. NO EXCUSES!

I have to say, it's pretty hard for myself too - I myself have broke the rules to not stick to some of the plans for the day just because I felt lazy. But hey, it's not a good habit at all!

Write it down. The best way to stick to your plans is to write it down. Buy a diary/journal and use it. I learned this the hard way when I was supposed to remember I have tests on this or that day for the past 2 years and I forgot about them eventually... so yeah. That's a lesson right there.

Keep track. Always check your diary/journal the day or night before, to make sure that you don't forget and miss out on whatever plans you have for the next day.

Put £1 into a coin box every time you finish a task. Yeah, that will save yourself some money (when you need it) and at the same time, you would have completed the task that you were planning to do. It's like killing two birds with one stone! And when you missed out on the task, put an extra £1 - meaning if you forget one task, put £2 instead.

Learn to say "no". Sometimes when we were supposed to stick to some plans but a last-minute outing plan comes up and it can seem very tempting for us to break our plans to just join in the outing. DON'T. Learn to say no, there's always another time for an outing with your friends.

There, there's my plan for you to learn to stick to your plans. How do you stick to your plans constantly?
