JANUARY FAVOURITES

26 January 2015

It's January favourites time! Every month's favourites time is my favourite post of the month! Okay... wait, I don't know what am I saying anymore! But anyway, I have tons to show you guys what I've been loving this month, and there are lots of stuff this month that I can't wait to share with you!
So, first things first, we're hopping on to skincare! The first product would no doubt be the widely spoken about no other than La Roche-Posay's Serozinc Toner (£7.20)! I brought this along with me when I went travelling in Belfast, Northern Ireland and it is amazing! It mattifies my skin but also leave it clean and keeps the stubborn blemishes at bay. I already bought my second bottle of it (I use it waaaay too fast) and yes, it is that good!

Another product is the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser Starter Kit (£15.50) - I've heard so many good reviews about this cleanser and had to say that it didn't disappoint! I chose the kit as it's more worth it too given that you get a 100ml cleanser as well as 2 muslin cloths.

You also may have known that I love masks too, eh? I tried the Lush's Mask of Magnaminty (£9.75 - 125g) and I find it the similar effect with the Soap & Glory's Fab Pore 2-in-1 Face Mask & Peel - where after washing the mask off, it gives your skin a cooling effect that makes you feel tingly and cooling.
On to makeup.. I've been into collecting foundations (as I always have been doing) and this month I'm loving the MAC Mineralize SPF 15 Moisture Foundation (£22.50), I'm wearing the shade NC25 and it's a moisturising foundation (hence the name). The coverage is buildable and it has shining particles in it as well just to give you a healthy glow. Another favourite is also MAC's Pro Longwear Waterproof Brow Set (£13.50) in which, I love my brows being full and waterproof, so this is a holy grail product! I also have been loving red lipsticks for the past few months and here's the MAC Matte Lipstick in Rubywoo (£15.50). I've heard Anna from Vivianna Does Makeup talking about it and I really want to add another MAC lipstick to my collection, and I've been loving it ever since.

I also happen to be shopping at Sephora last month and I've gifted myself an eyeliner as I'm always on the hunt for good and waterproof eyeliners, so I bought myself the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner ($18) thanks to the recommendation from my best friend. I also love Tarte and their foundations so I gave the Tarte Amazonian Clay Gifted Mascara ($20) a try, but it dries up slightly slower than most mascaras after applying and the same happened to their Lights, Camera, Splashes mascara too, but other than that this mascara is amazing.
If you've been reading my blog you'll know that there's a certain nail polish from Essie that I've been wearing this month alongside with another glitter coat. The Essie Chinchilly Nail Polish (£7.99) is my ultimate favourite this month as I've worn it in this post here and it hasn't chipped after 2 weeks of wearing it! I mean, not a single chipping at all on this! I'm not sure if they've enhanced the formula but this is so long-lasting that I haven't worn another colour; this colour is also amazing for the spring weather as I much prefer colours like this one.

Last but not least, I was gifted this lovely fragrance and I've been loving it ever since! The See By Chloe perfume ($78) is a fragrance with sweet but florally scent and it's perfect for the crappy moods and girly dates!
