I'm not gonna lie, but I really adore foundations. The first time I discovered it was when I was 18 years old! Here are some foundations that I've discovered that I really like, and this is the luxe version (with a drugstore one coming up in a separate post).

I quite like my base looking a bit dewy and natural, and the first luxe foundation that I've ever had was the MAC Pro Longwear (not shown here because I didn't have it), which was given to me by my bestfriend because she had the wrong shade for herself. I also sometimes like the MAC Studio Fix when I needed a bit more coverage; and recently I found a lovely one that gives you a glow and it's the MAC Moisture Mineralize SPF15 foundation!

I personally have fallen in love with MAC foundations but their shades seem to be slightly darker for me as I'd usually wear NC25 and I can't really wear the NC20 because it'd be too light for me, maybe I should mix both shades together one day ha!

I also like the Marc Jacobs Genius Gel foundation a lot (as I've mentioned in my February favourites post here) because it's medium to full coverage and it's a very liquidy foundation that gives you bit of good moisture with their coconut extract and its scent is just pure calming; not to forget it's oil free too so my sensitive oily skin loves it very much!

I could say the same to NARS Sheer Glow foundation minusing the scent and the coconut extract, which is also an amazing foundation that I wear for everyday look. Another cheaper dupe for this would be the KIKO Universal Fit foundation at the price of only £6.90 given that their foundations are usually more than £10!

Going a bit more luxe now, I love the Tarte's Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation as it goes matte but it gives you so much coverage, it's like love in a small little tub! I first discovered the Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Foundation which was a creamy and liquidy foundation which gives amazing coverage and they're both perfect for my skin!

YSL released their Fusion Ink Foundation sometime in September last year and I fell in love with it as well, I have this sort of mood where I would want a matte base, and this was the one I reached for and although I've got the wrong shade which was a shade darker than my skintone, but I thought that I might just keep it for the summer. I've been loving myself some YSL Le Teint Touche Éclat Foundation, which is also a liquidy foundation for dewy glow. See, I think I love a bit too much of dewy foundations!

Never meant for this to become such a long post, but here are my favourite foundations!

Have you tried any of these before? What's your favourite foundation?
