As to start your week fresh and motivated, I think I've found a few solutions to make your week better! ...though I know that we all dislike Mondays and just want to crawl back to bed after a good weekend of rest..

I know I know, it's so hard to get up and get to work/school/university for a whole week of busy routines and wishing for the weekend to come again soon, but you also can make your week better while you binge on the new episode of Game of Thrones (by this time the new season premiere would already be out last weekend), but don't fret, here's what you can do:

  • Take a relaxing bath.
  • Eat good food that makes you happy.
  • Catch up with friends for a good coffee.
  • Tidy up your workspace.
  • Put on a good and bold lipstick.
  • Smile at random people.
  • Write little Post-It notes to remind yourself of your daily chores.
  • Listen to upbeat music.
  • Spray on a good perfume.
  • Watch a comedy that have always made you cried.
  • ...Or watch a new film that you've always wanted to watch!
  • Read a good book.
  • Put on a new outfit.

This was meant to make you laugh..or not. I don't know, but I find doing random things that have been stuck in the back my head makes me feel more relaxed. Anyhow, let me know how you get pumped for the week!
