HOW TO GET READY FOR A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP

In the new era of technology, we basically can't live without tech stuff around us and sometimes they do make it harder for us to sleep [e.g. me], so I thought I might do a post on how to prepare to relax yourself for a good night's sleep [while also reducing stress at the same time].

  • Take a long, relaxing bath [note: LUSH BATH BOMBS CAN WE JUST].
  • Read a book!
  • Go tech-free for at least an hour before bed [no laptop, phone or tablet].
  • Do a good facial mask.
  • Get a cuppa camomile tea [in my case I would recommend: caffeine-free green tea].
  • Prepare and set out your next-day outfit (whether for work or school etc.).
  • Use the This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray if you wish.
  • Listen to light music.
  • Make a good cup of hot chocolate [note: Whittard's].
  • (Re)watch your favourite TV series [let's say Gossip Girl?].

  1. I have the WORST sleep pattern but I find that turning my tech off a few hours before bed actually really, really helps!
