As exams and essay have come to an end for the year and summer is just around the corner, it's time to say goodbye to sweaters, thick foundations and sweet scented candles and to open up our arms to welcome crop tops, shorts, sheer tinted moisturisers and floral and crisp candles.

I may have splurged a little too much all at once but that's how the name Luxe Edit came into mind, these products belong in the luxe side so there will be no drugstore products mentioned here.
Notes: Lavender, Jasmine & Brazilian Rosewood
If there is a candle that makes you fall in love with it at first smell, this is the one you go for.  Made in Britain itself, we were promised that it is 100% natural, ethically sourced with sustainable origins without using petrochemicals, no artificial perfumes or harsh preservatives. The scent: cashmere blankets and the flutter of the fireside warmth. Jasmine is long celebrated for its ability to lift the spirit and inspire optimism, with rosewood to balance on the mind and body, along with lavender to make one feels pampered in luxury. This is my first ever candle (I know, crazy!) and my, I can just light this candle everywhere at home!
Charlotte Tilbury has one rule when it comes to foundation, as she promises that the foundation would be perfect coverage in a light-as-air and breathable formula. The foundation is enriched with a botanical alternative to Retinol to stimulate epidermal renewal and ceramides to hydrate and soften the skin. The foundation also promises to illuminate, hydrate, smooth and reduce wrinkles for the perfect looking skin. I was initially sent samples from a range of shades to try out before I decide to purchase and I am pleased to say that the foundation lives up to its promises. It's not very liquidy but you do have to shake the bottle before using, and glides on to the skin smoothly.

A product that has been sitting on my wishlist for a long, long time and I thought it was time to make it happen, and the raves and loves from many other beauty bloggers didn't disappoint. This product promised to do its work on enhacing one's beautiful cheekbones with just a few strokes. The packaging comes in a beautiful rose gold palette. Worth the hype and worth the money.
Inspired by the passion of freedom by Gabrielle Chanel, the Les Beiges was created as a simple and intuitive powder to allow the skin feels like a breathe of fresh air. With five luminous and natural shades, the powder creates a sheer, healthy glow. The lightweight and antioxidant powder shields the skin from environmental stress and sunlight thanks to its SPF 15 / PA++ filter. Its ultra-protective formula is enriched with cotton flower and white rose plant cells and is gentle on all skin types. It has a scent of rose and the packaging comes in a suede cloth with the compact case in beige colour, along with a moon-shaped brush that its bristles are so gentle the application feels like a dream. I use this as a setting powder on my foundation.

Have you tried any of these? What are your favourite luxe products?
