As I've been travelling a lot throughout the past two months (I'm currently in Shanghai, China at the moment) I thought I'd put up a post about what I bring along with me in my travel makeup bag. Note that it only contains beauty products so skincare products would, as usual, remain the same as per my skincare routine.

For this trip to Shanghai I have decided to use Zoella "Beauty Eyes" Beauty Bag as I haven't really used it much to be honest and since I would be travelling for a good 10 days so why not use a bag that I've been putting aside for so long.

For bases I've already packed the Laura Mercier Oil-Free Foundation Primer because I really want to put this to a longer test though I've already gotten my results, and also because the air is so polluted here in Shanghai, I really want a good ol' primer that acts as a shield for my skin. NARS Sheer Glow [in the shade Punjab + a reference of NC20-25] has been seeing light again as I haven't been using it for a while so I'd decided to bring it along. Concealers wise I picked the Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer for a good full concealing for under the eyes; and the MAC Studio Finish Concealer Duo is the perfect concealer for any blemish scars I'm currently having. To fix and set my base I reach out to the CHANEL Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Powder SPF15 for a good setting up because it's so sheer and the application is heavenly.

I've decided to not pack any blusher simply because I don't really wear them unless I wear it for a good event or function, but for a good bronzer and highlighter I've packed my favourite product which is the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow; the application is a dream while the result is just plain gorge.

For brows I love my eyebrows to look full while it looks natural and that being said, the Benefit Gimme Brow is the perfect choice as it's so handy to use and travel-friendly because it's so tiny! I also picked up the Urban Decay Original Eyeshadow Primer Potion [travel-sized here] because my eyelids are so oily and I've finally gave in to try an eyeshadow primer, and I'm simply blown away; this eyeshadow primer has prevented any smudge that my eyeshadow or eyeliner would always do. I also have decided that I should use more eyeshadows but I want to keep it natural at the moment I've been using the Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes in Fuller Fudge, it's a subtle brown with shimmery particles but it still looks au naturale on the eyes and easy to blend!

Eyeliner-wise, I've decided to switch up and not use any of my Stila eyeliners but I've been using the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper for quite a while; I did mention that the texture wasn't as black as it should be but I found that if you shake the eyeliner pen before using it will mix the liquid together so the result would be as expected, black like night. I love mascaras that are volumising, lengthening and waterproof but sadly many claim to be but aren't, so I've decided to double mascara myself with the Benefit Roller Lash Mascara and also the Maybelline Big Eyes Waterproof Mascara to do the jobs; they make a pretty great team!

For lips, my lips are always chapped and seeing that the Dior Lip Glow [Pink] has been my holy grail but since releasing a new shade, I picked up the other of course! The original shade is Pink and a month ago they have released a coral shade in which they named it Coral. I can't decide which one's my favourite so both are up for the ultimate top! I also picked two lipsticks along for this trip and the first one is the Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur Couture Vernis À Lèvres Lip Stain in 11, which is a magenta colour on days I want to wear it to be less bold and the other one's the Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick in Gladiolus for a full bold coral red lip.

For tools I've packed the Real Techniques Duo Fibre Contour Brush [only sold in sets], the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush, Eco Tools Mini Brushes, and the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curlers.
