Oh, I think I'm in that situation where I'm starting to feel stressed. I started a new job about more than a week ago and I have an essay due this Friday in which, I still have not started (I will start it later today) and I just have this sudden feeling where stress is overpowering me and I might just have the ways to overcome it.

  • Take a break from all electronic gadgets.
  • Go out for a walk (and for some fresh air!).
  • Watch a movie - I'm thinking Spectre!
  • Read your favourite book.
  • Take a power nap.
  • Listen to music that makes you feel relaxed.
  • Dance to your favourite upbeat songs.
  • Talk to your close friends about it.
  • Have a good dinner out with your girls.
  • Take a deeep breath and tell yourself, "relax, you'll be alright".

Basically this short post is just one of the ways of me saying that I'm currently quite stressed out in a way that I would do all the things I mentioned and I will report to you again about my well-being in the next few days ha. Hopefully I'd finish my essay by then!
