Spring time is always the best; it calls for dewy skin, pink cheeks and glossy lips which represents the mood and the season - light. It also is my favourite season and the best season to flaunt those abs you've been working so hard for, best time to go all lightweight etc.. This post today is to show you a few products I've been using to achieve that spring beauty look.

First off, I start with the Laura Mercier Oil-Free Foundation Primer (£29) because it not only is my only primer for now (it's very difficult to find a good primer that doesn't break your skin out) but also the best one I've ever tried to create a shield between my skin and the foundation. Then I use a pump of the CHANEL Les Beiges Healthy Glow SPF 25 / PA +++ Foundation (£36) in the shade N°30 and buff it onto my skin with my Real Techniques Buffing Brush (from the Core Collection). It makes the most flawless satin finish on the skin which makes it look like a perfect new layer, and even though it is medium coverage one pump is perfect - a little goes a long way! To top the base off I then use the EcoTools Blush Brush and sweep on the CHANEL Les Beiges Healthy Glow SPF15 / PA++ Sheer Powder (£39) in N°30 to mattify my skin and also to prevent any slips of the foundation.

Then on to bronzing and blushing, I have been loving the limited edition MAC x Zac Posen's Bronzer and Blush (alternative here) for the beautiful sun-kissed skin, then I move on to the beautiful MAC Beauty Powder (£20.50) in Pearl Sunshine for the light yet beautiful blush for the perfect dewy cheeks.

For my eyebrows I love it bushy and full, and nothing makes me happier to be able to achieve that through using brow products, which leads to the NARS Brow Perfection Pencil (£17) in Caucase, then I set them in place with the Benefit Gimme Brow (£18.50) in Medium/Deep.

Once I'm done with brows, I start sweeping on eyeshadow on my eyelids and I've been using the MAC Eyeshadow "All that Glitters" (£13), it has been one of my favourite eyeshadow shades for a golden shimmer to make the eyes pop and more awake. Then I line my eyes with the Stila Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner (£14.50) in Black, which is my favourite eyeliner of all time for the perfect cat flick. After that I curl my eyelashes with the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler (£20) because hands down, that's also my favourite eyelash curler and top it off with at least 2 layers of the Clinique High Impact Waterproof Mascara (£17.50) in 01 Black.

I love my lips moisturised before putting on lipstick to prevent any dryness and flakiness that may cause any time, so I use the MAC Prep + Prime Lip Primer (£13.50) and then I proceed to use the MAC Amplified Lipstick in "Brick-O-La" (£15.50) which is a rosy pink shade and I adore this lipstick to bits! Also pardon me, this was the lipstick I featured in my most recent favourites post but forgot to write about it.
